For over a decade, I've built the operational backbone for organizations doing work I believe in. I've developed SOPs, workflows, and organizational systems that help small teams run more efficiently. I've managed projects and events from planning through execution: coordinating timelines, vendors, and communications so nothing gets missed. I've handled client and organizational systems across Google Workspace, project management platforms, CRMs, websites, and email marketing tools.

As an Executive Assistant, I've been the reliable point of contact for founders and directors, managing calendars, communications, and follow-through across multiple projects at once.

I’ve supported an art and community-based organization with their programs directly: building and maintaining website pages, handling backend updates, designing graphics, and writing copy that reflected their voice. I’ve partnered with independent artists to promote gallery openings and film screenings.

As a Marketing Project Assistant, I've drafted and edited content across client accounts, kept campaigns moving across designers and writers.

I also bring hands-on experience with outdoor and field-based organizations: coordinating logistics for multi-day wilderness expeditions, leading trauma-informed programming for veterans and foster youth, and managing food systems, scheduling, and safety planning for outdoor leadership programs. And on the ground, I've built donor communication systems for a mental health nonprofit and managed harvest operations on a working farm.

I hold a degree in Experiential Education from Prescott College, and I'm comfortable across the tools that keep organizations running: Google Workspace, Asana, Squarespace, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and more.
