For more than a decade, I’ve worked behind the scenes for organizations doing work I believe in — keeping projects moving, creating systems where there weren’t any, coordinating the details, and helping small teams do more with what they have.

My background is a little unconventional, but that’s part of what makes my approach to operations different.

I’ve worked in marketing, executive support, outdoor education, agriculture, nonprofits, arts and community programming, and field-based organizations. Across all of them, I’ve found myself drawn to the same kind of work: figuring out what needs to happen, creating a path to get there, and making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks.

I’ve built SOPs and workflows, managed calendars and communications, coordinated events and multi-day programs, maintained websites, built email campaigns, organized project systems, and kept teams moving across multiple priorities at once.

I’ve also supported the work itself — from coordinating logistics for wilderness expeditions and outdoor leadership programs, to working on farms, supporting community-based arts programming, and building donor communication systems nonprofits.

That combination of practical, hands-on experience and behind-the-scenes operations is at the heart of SoftWild.

I understand what it’s like when there are a hundred things happening at once and no one has time to stop and organize them. I also know that good operations don’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s a better system. A clearer process. Someone keeping track of the details. Or simply having another capable person in your corner.

I hold a degree in Experiential Education from Prescott College and I’ve worked across a wide range of platforms and systems, including Squarespace, WordPress, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, Google Workspace, Wrike, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and more. From building and maintaining websites to managing CRMs, email marketing, project workflows, and administrative systems, I’m comfortable stepping into the tools a team already uses and helping make them work better.

But tools are just tools.

What I really bring is organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and a willingness to figure things out.
